3X fusion failure L5\S1 + PTSD. Though I live in debilitating pain which requires management for quality of life, Most of my waking hours by then were spent in bed- with debilitating pain. My body had declined for lack of movement & nutrition- the wrong psych med did me no favors. I can easily say that the team and treatment for medically resistant depression & ptsd with Cratus Medical SAVED my life. Since I began therapy in 2020 after 2 years of halting my pain management by choice-My system was in an awfully depleted state and so were my friends and family in having to witness my decline. The Cycling ideation was immediately halted in the first treatment. With multiple treatments over weeks in the beginning, and a fair base of experience with talk therapy in my history to help guide and focus a theme of my own sessions- I experienced such relief from the deep & dark ambivalence. I found a place of gratitude, a glimmer of hope and my will to be here has been recovered and restored! I remain so grateful for this therapy where nothing else worked, (and some actually made my little self worse!) While i don’t receive the larger dosing schedule to address chronic intractable pain- I do experience a small window of relief that can lasts 8, 12 or 36 hours- which is welcome game changer anytime! My appetite also recovered, and i put on some healthy weight. Today- I can report that I’m enthusiastically riding my stationary bike regularly again, and building a slow and steady fitness routine around that! I feel more accomplished than I’ve been able to in a very long time- even if my accomplishments are small. The psychological and psychiatric toll of painful injury and trauma are a huge transition for an ambitious adult- and one may require years to learn, understand, and apply themselves toward their diagnosis, which requires ongoing management. I wish I had been given ketamine during my surgical crisis’, recoveries & motor vehicle accidents in between! I absolutely recommend. Thank you to my team at Cratus. You guys changed my life!

What an amazing practitioner, she is a real pioneer in her field of Ketamine treatment especially for people with high stress jobs/lives. The treatments have really helped and finally given me hope after 5 years. She is extremely kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. She spends the whole 2 hours with you, she has really improved the quality of my life.

I have been seeing Susan Harris for hormone therapy for numerous years. She’s the first person to get my levels where they need to be. She also helped my adult son safely lose 40 lbs. The weight loss really helped to improve his self-esteem. I would highly recommend Susan Harris and her staff for your hormone or weight loss needs.

I love both of them, their attention to detail, helping you to find a solution and their knowledge of Thyroid Disease like no other office I have ever seen. Dr.Moore listens to the patient, explains why he wants what test and provides the reasoning behind all recommendations. He is fully conventionally trained and has additional decades of experience and education in complementary diagnostics and therapies. I'm happy to have a trusted medical provider.

I came into Forum Health with a few different personal health concerns. I saw Julie Hamilton for Ketamine Therapy and it was life changing. I have never done this sort of therapy before so I was very nervous but she made me feel so comfortable. She answered all of my questions and followed up see how I was feeling. I highly recommend both Julie and this treatment.

I found this place and they have treated me great. MICHELLE GONZALES is so awesome with the IV's and the others are very nice. They care about my well being and overall health.

While I was doing my amino acid treatment T.J. and Vicki were both extremely kind. They chatted with me and helped me to feel comfortable while I was hooked up to the IV. I appreciated their help and think the entire staff here is warm and welcoming.

Around 40 I started to have many symptoms of hair loss, not sleeping, anxiety, weight gain and stress.
